About the Role


Prefer to be local to Reno with a hybrid work schedule but open to a fully remote position based in the continental United States. Applicants must have experience in the commercial insurance space.


This is a great opportunity with room for future advancement! Gain exposure to multiple insurance carriers and customers across multiple lines of commercial insurance, utilizing your prior insurance knowledge, project management skills and relationship management abilities in the role of Product Enablement Manager. This position within our product operations team, will also work closely with our Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams, to focus on customer implementation, integrations and successful adoption of the varying products Talage has to offer.

Responsibilities 

  • Product Implementation Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for the successful implementation for key customers, including planning, requirement gathering, communication, and training programs.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to product enablement and adoption.

  • Training and Documentation: Create training materials, documentation, and resources to support internal teams and customers in understanding and effectively using the product.

  • Customer Onboarding: Develop onboarding programs to help customers adopt and integrate the product into their workflows successfully.

  • Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms to gather feedback from customers, and use this feedback to improve product enablement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial Insurance Knowledge: Competent in the commercial insurance industry and processes, preferably with digital distribution. 

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product information and customer feedback.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and establish positive working relationships both internally and with external customers.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to coordinate and execute product enablement initiatives.

  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer success and ensure that product enablement initiatives align with customer needs and expectations.

  • Meeting Facilitation: Experience in leading and facilitating customer meetings, training, workshops, and presentations.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced and ever evolving atmosphere
